Modular Mining Systems approached the Brand Ascension Group with questions regarding launching a new product line. We worked with MMS in helping them take a step back and defining who they are a brand, specifically outlining their Brand DNA. After this process was complete they had a roadmap or blueprint on how to approach the launch of this new product. They also hired BA Group to provide some diagnostics on the internal and external perceptions of their employees and customers. This initiative revealed some powerful “low-hanging fruit” areas that they could action immediately and begin reaping the benefits of their Brand DNA.
